Design Process

​1. Share with us the inspiration picture for your furniture project along with dimensions. We'd love to hear more about your specifications to create a unique piece for your home.

2. Choose from alder, maple, walnut, and oak wood. We further discuss functionality, aesthetic, finish colors, and furniture configurations.

3. For custom cabinets, choose your cabinet configurations. How many drawers and doors or special additions like spice racks an wine racks.

4. Want to stay up to date with your builds? As your furniture is being built, we allow shop appointments so you can view firsthand the progress on your project.

Furniture Construction Process

  • 1. Review plans and design specifications thoroughly.

  • 2. Create a cutlist for materials like 3/4" plywood and solid hardwoods.

  • 3. Cut, glue, paste and fasten materials and structural components together to create the rough foundation of our handcrafted custom furniture and custom cabinets.

  • 4. ​Sand and apply finish to furniture & cabinets for your desired finish look.​

  • When constructing cabinets or furniture, we build to your desired dimensions.

  • For furniture construction, we create templates to ensure everything is to built to specs.
