Furniture Design Process
1. Submit a planset(inspo pic) along with the desired dimensions and quantity for your custom furniture frames for upholstery.
2. We work closely with you to discuss provisions such as seat heights, seat depths, arm heights and any other details that will allow us to create your unique furniture frames.
3. We create templates before cutting and assembling any pieces to ensure uniformity on custom frame production runs. Once a sample is approved we then proceed with production of frames in larger quantities.
Material Selection
Depending on the finish that will be applied to your furniture frames, we allow you to choose from a variety of hardwood materials such as alder, Maple, walnut, white Oak, red oak etc.
Furniture Frame Construction
At Orozco Custom Frames, every one of our furniture frames is made in the US using joinery techniques with glue, reinforced corner blocks, fasteners, dowels, and clamps to create a strong connection and help maintain structural integrity.
